How scientists use your observations!

  1. Hey, you are doing so good in the amount of checklist submitted! I saw your count on the eBird top 100! (I've been checking on you!) I hope you have a fun and productive weekend birding for the GBBC. It will be fun to see where we all are after this weekend!

I am so glad you count birds in Idaho. Once eBird started this Top 100 thing I was able to check on the various areas I have lived. I was so shocked to see that hardly anyone counts birds in Butte County, ID. Believe it or not, I am one of the top eBirders for that area for all time! And that's not saying much since I only lived there for 2 years and could only submit records from historical data I recorded in my journals.

Keep up the good work! I am cheering for you!
